Ian Jamieson, FCIOB - Managing Director
 |
Ian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), and has over 25 years experience in the local construction industry, more than 15 of which have been at senior management or director level.
He is currently in his second year of a two year term of office as the Chairman of the CIOB, Aberdeen Centre, and is a past Chairman of the Grampian Construction Training Group. |
A Quantity Surveyor by profession, Ian had
an apprenticeship in private practise before
joining a contractor in 1983, then becoming
co-owner/director of a small building contractor
in 1990. Having sold his business to a larger
competitor, he then held senior positions
within two large local contracting organisations
until finally establishing Jamieson & Allan
Construction Ltd in 2001. Ian continues to
be involved in surveying, estimating, finance
and the commercial management of Camstruction.
M.J. Allan, ACIOB - Construction Director

Mike is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building and is a time-served joiner. During his 20+ years experience in the building industry he has moved through the ranks from Foreman, to Minor Works Supervisor, to Site Manager and finally Construction Manager.
Having had an association with Ian Jamieson going back almost 5 years, in 2001 Mike joined Ian as co-director of Jamieson & Allan Construction Ltd. |
His experience has been consolidated with
a variety of qualifications including, SVQ
Level III in Site Management and C.I.O.B Certificate
in Site Supervisory Studies. He has gained
a broader knowledge of contracts management,
health & safety regulations, planning and
programming, all disciplines for which he
is responsible within Construction.
Neil Irvine, - Contracts Director

Neil joined Camstruction in 1989 as Contracts Manager. A Joiner to trade, he has over 40 years experience in the building industry, having progressed from Foreman Joiner to Site Agent, and ultimately to the position he holds now, that of Contracts Director.
Neil is responsible for the day-to-day running of all contracts, including controlling labour movement, liaising with Site Supervisors and coordinating sub-contractors. |
Neil Chapman, BSc MRICS - Quantity Surveyor

Neil is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) having passed the RICS Test of Professional Competence in November 1991. He graduated at the Robert Gordon Institute of Technology (RGIT) with a BSc (CNAA) in Quantity Surveying in June 1989.
After graduating Neil worked for a private quantity surveying practise in Aberdeen, before joining Camstruction in March 1993.
Neil is primarily responsible for the estimating and surveying functions. |
