This is a challenging market in which Camstruction
has strengthened its position through its
efforts towards providing quality, efficiency,
reliability, good communications, and client
confidence in the final cost.
Historically, alterations, extensions and
refurbishments to domestic properties were
the sectors where most work was performed.
A reputation, second to none, was created
by providing a personal and professional service
to homeowners, who did not want the responsibility
of co-ordinating various trades and contractors
to achieve the finished product.
This reliable and efficient service still
exists, but through time, and experience,
the difficulties and demands of providing
not only a construction service, but in many
cases, ongoing architectural advice, interior
design input, and surveying and financial
instruction, have in some instances caused
strained relationships.
To avoid such friction, we now, unless in
exceptional circumstances, insist upon Architectural
or Project Manager involvement, to provide
the essential link between client and builder,
and who acts as a catalyst towards progress,
and as an intermediary in any potential disputes.
This prerequisite is at the heart of our philosophy
of offering a non-confrontational, reliable,
efficient, and professional service, providing
value for money and a high quality finish.
Evidence of which are numerous satisfied clients,

section, and others who can be offered as
additional references, if required.
In our view, good customer experiences develop
trust, satisfaction and loyalty, and therefore
