Within Camstruction we recognise the importance of developing our people to ensure the future strength and success of our organisation. We are committed to ensuring that all people have access to the support required to develop to reach their full potential.
Through the company training plan, financial resources are allocated to fulfilling this objective, and during each persons annual performance review, training and development needs can be discussed, identified and agreed.
Although, for strategic reasons, some needs may attract higher priority, each identified development activity will be addressed, to ensure that our people are given the oportunity and assistance to optimise their overall performance and personal development.
