The works comprised the demolition of the existing dilapidated football changing facilities at Hazlehead Park, and the construction of new accommodation, complete with all ancillary services and external works.

Following an initial delay due to bats roosting in the existing building, this much needed, and long awaited facility was completed towards the end of the 2007/08 football season.
