Over many years, Camstruction has built an
excellent reputation for delivering quality
projects, on time and within budget, for an
extensive list of clients.
Commercial projects account for approximately
70% of annual turnover, with most Clients,
Architects and Surveyors, offering repeat
projects on an ongoing basis.
A reliable, efficient contractor, who's non-claims
conscious approach encourages partnerships
and teamwork, Camstruction undertakes a varied
workload, as diverse as shopfitting and office
refurbishments, to large scale commercial
extensions and new build projects.
Contract values vary from simple projects
of less than £10,000, to complex, multi discipline
contracts of up to £2.5m.
Executing numerous contracts for Local Authorities,
the NHS Trust, Retail Chains and private clients
alike, our contracts management team, led
by Contracts Director, Neil Irvine, is underpinned
by six Contracts Supervisors, with over 50
years combined experience at project management
level between them. Our versatile, highly
skilled, directly employed workforce, enables
projects to be adequately resourced, and allows
more flexibility to meet ever more demanding
construction programmes.
A close, mutually cooperative relationship
with sub-contractors, produces an effective
team, working to achieve clients aspirations
within timescales and budgetary requirements.
